Returns We want you to LOVE every purchase from Bridget Lane Boutique, so we offer easy returns! If you’re not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right!

The following is our return policy. Returns are for store credit only.

● All returns must be mailed and postmarked within 14 days from the original shipment date.

● Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed once we receive your package.

● Refunds will be issued as a store credit that does not expire!

● You will receive an email with a unique store credit code in the amount of your store credit that can be used on a future purchase.

● Shipping is non-refundable.

● Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

● We do not accept returns on jewelry, shaping underwear, or bralettes.

You cannot return if:

● It has been more than 14 days since the original purchase date.

● If your purchase was on clearance or final sale.

● If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn (including, but not limited to, make-up stains, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, etc…), & smoke-free condition.

● If the original tags are not attached.

● Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Online orders will include a return form. Please fill out the form and mail it with your return
